We are 2nd overall winner in Building magazine’s Good Employer Guide 2016. Once again it is great to be recognised with fellow architectural practices who are enlightened employers.
The Guide states that:
“Cullinan Studio is an architectural practice with cooperative principles at its heart: it is committed to employee ownership, seeking to be inclusive and collaborative while demonstrating a listening attitude.”
Underlining our continuing success in delivering projects and services is the organisation of our practice based on a cooperative structure. Ted Cullinan founded our practice in 1965 based on cooperative principles, with all members sharing the work, rewards and challenges. Our cooperative model continues to thrive, attracting new talent whilst retaining experienced people, working together to deliver high quality architecture.
As a member of the Employee Ownership Association, we promote employee ownership as a sustainable business model, supporting other professionals wishing to change from traditional partnership to shared ownership.
